Burnett & Sons is a company specializing in architectural millwork and custom lumber projects . Our milling company manufactures a variety of standard and custom patterns for moldings and siding. We also supply miscellaneous building products, including wood and composite columns, Fypon® shutters, and gable vents. We even offer custom Corian® and Formica® countertops. We’ve had a trusted name for 156 years.

High-quality millwork and cabinetry has been a tradition at Burnett & Sons since 1869 when Philetus Burnett and his son, Henry, established the business here in Sacramento. We are the second-oldest business in this area and it is quite likely that we are the oldest millwork company in the state still under the same ownership.

Since its inception, Burnett & Sons has maintained an interest in special craftsmanship, unique construction, and solutions for production problems. Through the maintenance of an active training and apprenticeship program, we are able to continue the traditions of the craft. In an era of mass production, Burnett & Sons has refused to waiver from the principles of individual and custom production, which are very rare these days. Though we’ve upgraded our equipment and adopted modern, computerized machinery, our company’s product and reputation remain unchanged.
